If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you have 365 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. No questions asked.

To initiate a refund, contact us at Lovovey@vtl-supplement.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately — we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: opened personal care products (unless defective or damaged), sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at Lovovey@vtl-supplement.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 365 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
